Scope of Activities Mackenzie International Strategies being a firm where the scope of its activities is the development of enterprises set forth from integrated and differentiated strategies, which involves conceptually in the following activities: a)    The legal and juridical concept of the business or venture under consideration geared to the expanding operations and enterprise sustainability; b)    The formal contracting of the necessary and sufficient operational procedures for the achievement of the business strategies; c)     The economic and financial viability studies, with the corresponding processes for capturing national and international resources, be it through financial institutions or equity participation, to demonstrate the expected results of the business strategies; d)    The development of pre-projects and of the multi-disciplinary engineering project necessary for the implementation of the business strategies established, searching for differentiated methodologies and technologies to be applied to the projects, giving physical support to the established strategies; e)    The national and international marketing of the “outputs” of the projects, including the analysis and planning of the marketing processes necessary to bring the “outputs” to the market, to ensure the commercial subsistence of the project.
