Eng. Daniel José Windholz, M.B.A.

Mr. Windholz is the President and Senior Consultant of MACKENZIE INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIES INC., an independent consulting firm that he founded in 1984, with headquarters in Montreal, Canada, and Director of HEP Hauser Estratégia & Participação since 1997 when he established the company in Brazil.
With over 30 years of experience in corporate management and development, Mr. Windholz has been associated with programs and projects focused in international strategic planning and development, international marketing, “joint-ventures”, technology transfers, and capital project investments and its financing.
He has a broad experience as a consultant to Canadian, Brazilian and International companis and has worked in mandates in Asia, Europe, Latin Amerca and North-America.
Before setting up MACKENZIE INTERNATIONAL, Mr. Windholz was the Corporate Planning Director for the SNC Group (today - SNC-Lavalin), reporting to the President and CEO of the Group for 11 years.
SNC-Lavalin is one of the world leading engeneering and construction companies with revenues over U$ 3 billion. The Group and its companies have offices throught Canada and in 30 other countries, with headquarters in Montreal, Canada.
He was also the International Marketing Director, the Assistant to VP-Development, and Marketing Services Director of the SNC Group.
He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he received his MBA in Finance and Interenational Business, and from Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Mackenzie, in São Paulo, Brasil, where he obtained his degree as Electrical Engineer. He also attended the basic and advanced courses in Criative Problem Solving, at Synectics, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He gave courses in International Business at O'Sullivan College, in Montreal, Canada, and was a lecturer in the MBA program of McGill University, in Montreal, Canada, giving courses in Strategic Planning. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Brasil Canada Chamber of Commerce, he is the Chairman of its Telecom Committee, and ex-President of the American Marketing Association, Montreal Chapter.
He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, German and Hebrew.

Eng. Francisco Américo Hauser, B.Admin.

Mr. Hauser is Director-Owner of HEP Hauser Estratégia & Participação with headquarters in São Paulo, Brasil.
He is an Electrical Engineer graduate at Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Mackenzie, in 1968, and obtained his Business Administration degree at the Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1970.
He started his professional career as a planner and constrution manager of high voltage transmission lines. He has installed and built over 3,000 km of transmission lines across all the Brazilian territory. Some of his key projects were: the transmission systems of the Tucuruí Hydroelectric Plants (PA), São Simão (MG), Foz do Areia (PR), Água Vermelha (SP) and other transmission systems for the Cia. Vale do Rio Doce (Carajás), Cemig, Cesp, CPFL, CBEE, Eletronorte, Eletrosul e Light. He has worked as well in the assembling of sub-stations and industrial works.
As a strategic planning consultant he has worked for the following companies: CETENCO Engenharia, SBE- Sociedade Brasileira de Eletrificação, SERVIX Engenharia, SADE - Sul Americana de Engenharia, Camargo Corrêa, Mendes Junior e Golden Connection, Nova Fase Consultores Associados e GTP - GrupoTécnico de Projeto.
As an independent consultant he has carried through assignments in the research and implementation of mining systems, electrical energy, and basic sanitation.
He was contracted to direct the expansion system of TELERJ for the company Continental Essede Empreendimentos.
He was also the Director-President of Simenthal S.A. Agro Pecuária (MT), Director-Owner of Hauser & Cia Ltda. - Projetos e Montagens Industriais, of GDN Consultores Associados S/C Ltda., and is currently a Director of HD Consultoria S/C Ltda. and of Mackenzie Brasil Estratégias Empresariais Ltda.
He is also a Trustee of the FUNDAÇÃO FRANCO-BRASILEIRA DE PESQUISA E DESENVOLVIMENTO which has carried out the planning of PROFAZ, Program for Tax Rectification of the State of Sergipe, and is currently carrying out the strategic planning for the recuperation of the financial assets of the State of Rondônia.e atualmente executa o planejamento estratégico de recuperação dos ativos financeiros do Estado de Rondônia.
